The government will be offering a discount for National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) loan repayments over a six-month period beginning Nov 1 this year.<br /><br />The tiered discount offer is as follows:<br /><br />Full settlement - 20 percent discount<br /><br />Half settlement - 15 percent discount
